加强党的执政能力建设是推进党的建设和中国特色社会主义事业的新的伟大工程,抓住关键环节才能把这一任务落到实处。加强党的执政能力建设的关键是解决领导干部的本领和作风问题,而思想建设、选拔任用、纪律检查是其主要的关键点。
strengthening the party's ruling ability is a new great project of advancing the party's construction and the socialist cause with the Chinese characteristics. Only by grasping the key points can this task be put into practice. This article makes an exploration of the idea that the key points of strengthening the party's ruling ability construction are to solve the problems of the leading cadres' abilities and their working styles. Its key points are ideological construction, education training,selection,appointment,and inspecting discipline.
