摘要
学生干部是学生实现自我管理、自我教育、自我服务的领导者,也是学校学生管理措施的执行者,是教师的得力助手,是学校与老师之间的桥梁与纽带,作用不可忽视。应该从营造氛围、科学管理、明确责任、强化意识、处理关系等方面培养学生干部,充分发挥其领头羊、排头兵的作用。
Student cadres are the leadens in their selfmanagement?selfservice,etc.They are also the executives of the students' management of the school.They are helpful assistants of teachers.They are the bridge and link between the school and students.Their function can't be ignored.This paper elaborates the ways of cultivating the student cadres.
