摘要
MasterCAM是一套在模具行业广泛应用的CAD/CAM软件,它可以根据已建好的模型产生NC文件,然而NC文件的生成受该软件后处理程序的控制,MasterCAM后处理程序主要针对FANUC系统设计的。生成其它数控系统的NC文件,往往要做一些手工修改,这样既麻烦又容易出错。本文探讨了MasterCAM9.0后处理程序的二次开发,使其自动生成的NC文件直接符合SINUMERIK810D数控系统编程格式的要求。
MasterCAM is a widely used software in mould industry. It can produce NC files based on previously established models. However ,the formation of NC files is controlled by the post-processing programs of this software ,which are mainly aimed at FANUC system. To produce NC files of other numerical control systems,manual modification are needed. As a result, extra trouble and errors are likely to arise. This paper explores the second development of MasterCAM 9.0 post-processing programs, which make the automatically formed NC files directly qualify for the requirements of SINUMERIK810D numerical control system program formats.
