摘要
目的简化手术操作,探讨全去带乙状结肠原位新膀胱术的应用价值。方法采用全去带乙状结肠原位新膀胱术治疗全膀胱切除患者15例。结果15例完全可控。结论全去带乙状结肠原位新膀胱术操作简单、并发症少、疗效好,是一种较好的尿流改道方法。
Objective To simplify the surgical procedure and to evaluate the clinical significance of orthotopic continent delemial sigmoid neobladder. Methods From 2002 to 2004, 15 cases underwent orthotopic continent delemial sigmoid neobladder. Results All 15 patients have been continent day and night without leakage. Conclusion Orthotopic continent delemial sigmoid neobladder is a simple and effective method for urinary diversion.
