肺癌患者血清Mn-SOD和LSA对比观察 被引量:1

摘要 同时检测了68例肺癌、28例肺良性疾病、35例健康成人血清锰超氧化物歧化酶(Mn-SOD)活力和脂质结合唾液酸(LSA)含量,Mn-SOD的阳性率为77.94%,诊断正确率为79.17%,LSA的阳性率为70.6%,诊断正确率为82.8%,二者相似;Mn-SOD和LSA对各型肺癌均有较高的检出率;15例肺癌患者Mn-SOD及LSA水平变化与手术切除疗效相关。结果提示,Mn-SOD及LSA在肺癌的诊断、鉴别诊断及疗效监测方面有较大的临床意义;Mn-SOD与LSA联合检测优于单项检测。 Abstract Mn-SOD activity and LSA level were measured in 68 patients with lung cancer, 28 patientswith benign pulmonary disease and 35 normal subjects. The results showed that the positive rate(77. 94K )and diagnostic accuracy rate(79. 17 % )of Mn-SOD activity for lung cancer were equalto those of LSA. The positive rate and diagnostic accuracy rate of LSA level for lung cancer were70. 6% and 82. 8%. Mn-SOD activity,LSA level and their positive rate related to the types oflung cancer. The changes of Mn-SOD activty and LSA level in 15 patients with lung cancer wererelated to the results of surgical treatment
