摘要 大量研究表明胰岛素抵抗与多种疾病有着密切的关系,因此胰岛素抵抗被认为是当今影响人体健康的最主要代谢性疾病。由于对其病因和发病机制尚未充分地了解,所以缺乏针对病因的有效治疗手段。在现有的防治手段中,体育锻炼和饮食治疗是整个治疗的基础。国内外的学者针对胰岛素抵抗的不同病症选取了不同的锻炼方法进行了大量的研究,取得了很多有价值的研究成果。本文针对不同状态下的胰岛素抵抗的发病机制和体育锻炼的效果进行了归纳和总结,希望能为运动防治不同疾病状态下的胰岛素抵抗提供科学依据。 It shows that many diseases relate to the insulin resistance in the most research,so the insulin resistance has been considered as the most important factor of people's metabolism diseases.The cause of disease and the pathogenesis are not clear,so there is not enough way to cure the disease about the cause of a disease.Exercises and food alimental therapeutics are the basic measures in the actual therapy.The domestic and international scholars take different methods to treat the different symptoms of the insulin resistance disease and gain many worthy productions.The article intents to conclude and summarize the pathogenesis of insulin resistance disease in different states and results of exercise measures.The author hopes that it will provide scientific methods to prevent the insulin resistance disease in different states.
