摘要
娄底市县域工业的发展有了一定成效，但仍存在效益滑坡，结构不合理，资金、人才缺乏。发展后劲不足等问题。解决问题的对策主要是找准定位发展民营工业。加强技术创新，实施品牌战略，坚持开放，引进人才。
The municipality of Loudi has achieved some achievements in the development of county industries. But there still exist some problems:decrease of benefits, unreasonable structure, lack of capital and talent, inefficient staying power of development etc. The successful countermeasures of solving these problems should be given as below; finding the suitable position, developing private businesses, making more technological innovations, carrying out the strategy of famous brand, upholding the opening-up policy, and attracting qualified personnel.
