摘要
本文利用无差异曲线理论及分析工具,分析了经营者激励作用于公司绩效的条件。本文的分析表明,经营者激励对公司绩效的作用取决于经营者在激励收益和在职收益二者之间的选择,而经营者的选择则取决于经营者对公司的控制程度。
This paper analyzes the conditions that manage rs motivation works on corporate performance based on un-differential curve theo ry. We conclude that the role of managersmotivation on corporate performance d epends on the option of motivation gains and on-post income, whilst managersc hoice depends on the extent of managerscontrol over the firm.
