摘要
人才智力投资是家庭及社会在培养具有智慧和能力的创新人才的过程中所花费的代价,它应该转化为智力资本,并同物质资本一样,以资本收益的方式取得投资回报———智力资本报酬。本文以一个22岁大学毕业的学生在教育方面的投资为例,用大量的数据确认了人才智力投资额,并建立了智力资本报酬的回报模型。
The intelligent investment on the talented person refers to the cost, which is spent both in families and society in cultivating talented person with wisdom and capability of innovation. Just like those physical capitals, it should be transformed into intelligent capital, by means of capital gain, which can also earn returns-return on intelligent capital. In this article the educational investment on a 22-year-old graduate student is used as an example. Plenty of data is applied in calculating the number of intelligent investment, while a model of return on intelligent capital is created.
