摘要
本文介绍了立式金属罐底量的形成原因、基本测量原理及测量方法。提出了一种新的测量方法:投入式液位计法。此种方法能实现在线实时测量,弥补了以往在离线状态下编制罐底量增量容积表的不足,提高了立式罐计量的准确度。
This article briefly introduces the forming reason of the vertical metal tank bottom quantity and thebasic measurement principle and method. The article presents a new measuring method, which is called putting-into-type liquid level meter method. This method can realize on-line measurement in real-time and make up thedeficiency that we compile the capacity form of the tank bottom increment off-line in the past. And this methodhelps to improve the accuracy of the vertical tank measurement.
