摘要
采用复相光催化剂TiO2/WO3对含重铬酸钾的废水进行处理。探讨了光催化剂的配比、试液的起始浓度、光催化剂的用量、试液的pH值、光照时间与重铬酸钾溶液还原率的关系。实验结果表明:催化剂配比m(TiO2)∶m(WO3)=6∶1,试液起始浓度为125mg/L,催化剂用量为0.200g,pH=4.4,光照6h,重铬酸钾溶液的还原率可达98.5%。该方法具有操作工艺简单、节省能源、所需设备少、处理彻底、氧化能力强、无二次污染等优点。
The treatment of wastewater containing potassium dichromate by TiO2/WO3 is studied. The relationshipsbetween the composition of heterogeneous photocatalyst, the starting concentration of potassium dichromate, quantityof photocatalyst, pH values, illumination time and the decolorizing efficiency of potassium dichromate areinvestigated. The results show that the decolorizing efficiency of potassium dichromate can reach 98.5 % by usingTiO2/WO3 as heterogeneous photocatalyst, with the composition of heterogeneous photocatalyst = 6:1, the startingconcentration of potassium dichromate = 125mg/L, quantity of catalyst = 0.200g,pH = 4.4,illumination time = 6h.This process has advantages of simple operation, energy efficiency, less equipment, thorough treatment, strongoxidizing capability without producing the second pollution et al.
