摘要 以水培试验筛选出高吸收累积镉油菜品种川油Ⅱ-10、白芥、绵阳蛮油菜和印度芥菜为材料,对油菜和印度芥菜的根际土壤和非根际土壤性质进行比较得出,根际土壤的DTPA-Cd显著高于非根际土壤,油菜和印度芥菜均可活化吸收土壤中难溶态的镉.土壤中加入碳酸镉对油菜和印度芥菜生长没有明显影响,油菜和印度芥菜地上部吸收镉量明显高于根部. Indian mustard and three cultivars of oilseed rapes selected through hydroponic culture experiment were studied.DTPA-Cd in rhizosphere of Indian mustard and oilseed rapes grown in different Cd contained soil markedly exceeded that of non-rhizosphere.Both oilseed rapes and Indian mustard could activate and absorb the insoluble Cd in addition to CdCO3.Shoot and root growth of oilseed rapes and Indian mustard was not affected in different Cd contained soil,but Cd absorbing in shoot was much higher than that of root in total plant.
