参附母丹苓术汤对慢性心衰大鼠神经内分泌系统的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的观察参附母丹苓术汤对慢性心衰大鼠神经内分泌系统的影响。方法用腹腔注射阿霉素法复制慢性充血性心力衰竭大鼠模型,采用放免法,评价参附母丹苓术汤对慢性心衰模型大鼠神经内分泌系统的影响。结果参附母丹苓术汤可显著降低大鼠血浆内皮素、一氧化氮、血管紧张素Ⅱ的水平,其作用同卡托普利对照组相当。结论参附母丹苓术汤是防治心衰的有效药物。 Objective To assess the effect of SFMDLZT on Neuro-endocrine activation of chronic congestive heart failure (CHF) rat. Methods 40 SD rats were devided into 4 groups at radom, 10 rats per group. They are normal group, model group, treating group and contrasting group. The rat model of CHF was created by injection ADR in abdomen for 6 weeks, once a week. The treating group were given SFMDLZT. The contrasting group were given Captopril. After giving drugs for 12 days (treating group and contrasting group), the circulatory level of NO, ET, AngⅡ in blood of rats were studied. Results Model group in which the NO, ET, AngⅡin serum of rats are distinctively increase, which is notably different from the normal group (P <0.01). Compared with the model group, the NO, ET, AngⅡcontent in serum of treating group and contrasting group rats are all reduced (P <0.05 or P <0.01). That proves SFMDLZT can decrease the level of NO, ET, AngⅡ in blood. Conclusion SFMDLZT is an effective drug in treating CHF.
