摘要
目的 探讨产科弥漫性血管内凝血(DIC)的护理措施,总结经验。方法 对30例产科DIC临床、护理情况进行分析。结果 30例均有明显的诱因,治愈率为93.33%。结论 注重诱因,动态观察,及时发现危象,及时报告,为医生及早诊断提供依据;快速建立有效的静脉通道,准确及时执行各项治疗措施,为治疗成功提供有力保证。
Objective To investigate the clinical nursing character of Disseminated Intravascular Coagulation(DIC) of Obstetricians. Methods Totally 30 cases of DIC were retrospectively reviewed. Results All of 30 cases have a definite etiology of DIC, the cure rate is 93.33%. Conclusion We must strictly discover etiology and supervising care as early as possible , managing the combing symptom and report to the doctors in time. It is indispensable to establish the efficiency passage of vein, to perform cure measure in time, all measures supply guarantee for the succeeding in cure.
