摘要
针对大裂缝、洞穴地层和粗孔隙渗透地层钻井时常发生严重井漏且极难处理的状况,研究了一种能大大提高堵漏成功率的新型复合高强堵漏剂SDR - 2。室内实验结果表明该堵剂可将渗透率≥5 30×10 -3 μm2 的岩心抗破压力提高到>2 0MPa。现场施工方便,浆液易配制。现场使用2 0余口井证明,该堵剂的封堵率达10 0 % ,并且封堵作业时一次成功率在80 %以上。
In order to deal with te serious fluid leakage in the thief zone with the big pore, fissure or hole, this article researched a new compound - high intensity plugging agent SDR - 2 which can improve success rate of plugging SDR - 2 can improve the breakdown pressure of core which permeability is 530 × 103 μm2 or more to 20MPa. By application in filed,the result shows that the plugging ratio can reach 100% , and success rate is above 80 % in plugging operation.
