摘要
目的 探讨后天性麻痹性斜视手术疗效及术后视功能恢复情况。方法 5 0例后天性麻痹性斜视手术,术前及术后检查视网膜对应及立体视功能。结果 术后出院时斜视治愈率60 .0 0 %,良好2 6.0 0 %,有效14 .0 0 %。最后一次复查时治愈率48.0 0 %,良好3 2 .0 0 %,有效2 0 .0 0 %。结论 后天性麻痹性斜视手术矫正眼位偏斜和恢复双眼视觉的效果良好。
Objective To study the surgical effect for acquired paralytic strabismus.Methods Strabismus surgery were performed on 50 cases with acquired paralytic strabismus,the retinal correspondence and stereo-auity were examined after sugery. Results After operation,ratio of healing is 60.00%;satisfactory ratio is 26.00%;and effective ratio is 14.00%.After follow-up cure ratio is 48.0%;satisfactory ratio is 32.00%;effective ratio is 20.00%. Conclusion Surgery is the important method to correct strabismus and recover simgle binocular vision for acquired paralytic strabismus.
