摘要
本文报道了从黎豆属植物Mucuna Sempervirens提取的L-DOPA与进口的L-DOPA的有关药理比较。结果表明,两者在抗震颤麻痹方面的药理作用强度相似,国产L-DOPA有可能代替进口L-DOPA用于临床。
At dose of 200-800 mg/kg ig and 200-400 mg/kg ip, L-DOPA ( I ) extracted from Mucuna sem-pervirens in China and L-DOPA ( Ⅱ ) imported from U.S.A can antagonize tremor induced by tremorine, reduce the number of catalepsy mice induced by haloperidol. Giving 200 mg/kg ip, both of them can enhance the threshold of seizune induced by maximal electroshock. In a short, L-DOPA ( I ) and L-DOPA ( Ⅱ ) have the equal pharmacological effect to Parkinson's diease, we can use L-DOPA (I ) as a substitute for L-DOPA ( Ⅱ ) .
