摘要
应用薄层色谱法对半夏注射液中β-谷甾醇、丙氨酸等成分进行鉴别。重现性良好,可在一定程度上控制半夏注射液的质量。
A TLC method was developed to separate and identify the effective compositions in Banxia injection. Alanine and β-sitosterol could be separated well. The chromatographic spots appeared very clearly and were reproductively without interruption by other components in the injection. The results suggested that the method could be used as one of the quality control procedures of Banxia injection.
