摘要
目的探析护理本科护生临床前期实习的心理健康状况及影响因素。方法采用SCL90症状自评量表对上海第二医科大学护理系2002届35名本科护生分别于临床实习前1周和实习后1个月进行心理健康状况评估。结果本科护生在实习1个月后SCL90各因子分均高于国内成人常模,尤其焦虑因子分的升高有统计学显著性(P=0.025);且17.14%的护生存在有中等程度心理问题。结论众多内外因素均会导致护理本科护生临床实习前期心理健康状况的改变。
Objective To analyze the psychological health status in B.A.student nurses during the prophase of clinical practice and to explore related influencing factors.Methods Psychological health data one week and one month after clinical internship were collected from 35 graduating B.A.student nurses in 2002 by the Symptom Checklist 90.Results After one month clinical practice,all SCL-90 factors obtained from the students scored higher than those of normal adults in China,especially the score of anxiety,which was statistically significant(P=0.025).In addition,about 17.14% of the students had moderate psychological problems.Conclusions Multiple internal and external factors may lead to changes in psychological health status of B.A.student nurses during the prophase clinical practice.
