摘要
随着社会主义市场经济的不断发展,我国中小企业在国民经济中的作用越来越大,但资金短缺一直束缚着中小企业的发展。因此,本文拟述我国中小企业在国民经济中扮演怎样的角色,宏观经济政策对企业融资的影响及如何制定中小企业最佳融资决策。
with the development of socialism market economy,enterprises with middle and small scale have been playing more important role in the national economy,but lacking of capitals has been a main problems . this article trys to present how the middle and small enterprise function ,the effluence of macro economic policy toward business financing and how to make the best finacing policies in middle and small enterprises.
