摘要
商务成本是一项全球性的热门话题,它是企业投资决策的重要依据,是反映一个区域竞争力的重要指标。本文通过对西安、北京、上海和深圳,四个城市商务成本中人力资源价格与房地产价格所建立模型的分析比较,得出不同区域由商务成本不同所引起的软件人才需求变化及产业结构定位的不同。
Commercial cost is a hot topic of conversation all over the world. It is an important basis for enterprise investment and decision-making. It reflects the competitive power of an area. This paper builds a model on the price of human resource and real estate of commercial cost and this model includes the city of Xi'an, Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen. The conclusion will be reached that different commercial cost in different areas will make different software talent needs and orientation of industrial structure.
