摘要
目的:观察口安饮治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的远期疗效。方法:22例复发性阿弗他溃疡患者给予口安饮治疗,1剂/d ,分3次口服,10d为一疗程,连服6个疗程后停药。采用治疗前、后自身对照方法,评价停药1y后疗效。结果:痊愈率为81.8 % ,显效率为18. 2 % ,总有效率为100 % ;治疗前、后复发间歇时间及复发溃疡数比较具有极显著性差异(P<0 .01)。结论:口安饮可用于治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡,减少复发溃疡数,延长复发间歇时间。
OBJECTIVE:To observe the long-term curative effects of kouanyin in treating recurrent aphthous ulcer.METHODS:22patients who had orally taken one dose,divided into three times,treatment for6courses and one course include10days.The therapeutic effects were evaluated1year later after the treatment using own control method.REˉSULTS:The curative rate was81.8%,the effective rates was18.2%,the total effective rate was100%;There were signifˉicant differences in recurrence interval and numbers of ulcer(P<0.01)before and after treatment.CONCLUSION:Kouanyin can be applied to treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer by reducing the numbers of ulcer and prolonging the recurrence inˉterval.
