摘要
目的探讨应用电视腹腔镜手术治疗多囊卵巢综合症合并不孕症的疗效。方法分析55例多囊卵巢综合症合并不孕的临床资料,观察采用腹腔镜手术治疗后妊娠率及流产率。结果腹腔镜手术治疗多囊卵巢综合症合并不孕术后妊娠率80%,妊娠后流产率7.8%。结论腹腔镜手术治疗为目前多囊卵巢综合症合并不孕有效快捷的治疗方案。
Objective To investigate the curative effects of video laparoscopy in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome combined with infertility. Methods The clinical materials of 55 cases of polycystic ovarian syndrome combined with infertility were reviewed. The pregnancy rate and abortion ratio after laparoscopy were analyzed. Results The pregnancy rate after the laparoscopy treatment is 80%; and the abortion ratio is 7.8%. Conclusions The laparoscopy is an availability and fast precept in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome combined with infertility at present.
