The Communist Party of China has established its own philosophy and principles of laying down its institutions since it was established and came to power in China.It is especially necessary to maintain and implement the party's philosophy and enforce the Party's institutions in the 21 century. In order to strive against degradation and maintain its advancement,it is absolutely necessary to persist in the ideology of “Three Representatives' and carry forward the fine traditions of the CPC.
