摘要
针对某材料试验机生产厂家的系列冲击试验机设备配套,设计开发了“自动冲击试验机计算机测控系统”.介绍了其主要硬件配置及软件设计思想,着重对系统的存储结构、模块结构、主要功能进行了详细的描述,给出了主要功能模块的程序流程图;并对系统的通信程序设计及系统所采用的多线程技术作了阐述.该系统以其结构设计合理、运行稳定可靠、实用性强等特点,在工业现场得到了广泛应用.
The paper introduced hardware configuration and software design idea of computer measurement and control system of the automatic punching test machine,described store structure,module structure,major function of system in detail and showed program flow chart of major function module. The paper also expounded designing communication program of the system and multi-thread technology used by the system. The system had been showed with wide application in industry site for its characteristics of reasonable structure design,smooth and liable performance,strong practicability etc.
