摘要
全文较系统地论述了新时期档案管理人员业务素质的重要性,并对业务素质的主要内容及存在的问题进行分析,提出加强档案管理人员业务素质的相关措施和办法。
The article systematically discussed the importance of the professional character of the personnel of file management in colleges and universities in the new period, analysed the main contents and existing problems of the professional character, and put forward related measures and methods to enhance professional character of the personnel of the file management.
