摘要
上海已成为跨国公司在中国的重要集聚地。文章从跨国公司集聚上海对上海经济产生的集聚效应和直接效应角度分析了上海建成跨国公司集聚地的意义,从宏观因素和微观因素两方面详细地分析了上海建成跨国公司集聚地的可行性,并在文章的最后就上海如何建成跨国公司集聚地提出了具体的措施和建议。
<Abstrcat>Shanghai has become an important place in China where the multinational corporation gathers. The article discussed the importance of building Shanghai into the place where the multinational corporation gathers from the angle of the bulk effect and the direct effect that it produced,and analyzed the possibility of absorbing the multinational corporation gathering in Shanghai in detail both from the micro factor and from the macro factor. The paper also put forward the concrete measures.
