以吡柔比星为主的新辅助化疗方案治疗乳腺癌临床研究 被引量：2

摘要 目的分别采用以吡柔比星(THP)、表柔比星(EPI)为主的联合化疗方案用于乳腺癌新辅助化疗,进行疗效及不良反应观察比较。方法127例乳腺癌患者于手术前采用CTF方案治疗61例,采用CEF方案治疗66例。结果两组治疗有效率(CR+PR)分别为77%、71%,两组之间差异无显著性。不良反应:肝功能异常、白细胞减少、血小板减少、贫血、恶心呕吐、心肌损害,两组间比较差异无显著性。吡柔比星组脱发率低于表柔比星组,差异有显著性。结论吡柔比星、表柔比星对乳腺癌新辅助化疗的疗效无差异,THP组脱发轻于EPI组。
