在工程项目实际进行过程中,工程变更是经常碰到的问题,它也是造价变化的主要根源。本文探讨了在工程合同条件下(包括FIDIC条款)工程变更对工程造价控制的影响。
Project alteration is a familiar matter during the course of practical construction and is the main cause of cost adjustment. The influence of project alteration on cost management is analyzed with the condition of project contract (including clause of FIDIC).
