摘要
目的观察高度近视患者的泪膜状态。方法选择80眼高度近视患者(屈光度为-6.00~-18.75D)作为实验组,选择80眼屈光度正常者为正常对照组(屈光度+0.50~-0.50D),分别观察两组泪膜形态及侵犯性泪膜破裂时间(BUT)。结果①高度近视患者泪膜形态中流水样及大理石型所占比例高于正常对照组。②高度近视患者泪膜破裂时间低于正常对照组。结论高度近视对泪膜的稳定性有明显影响。
Objective To evaluate the pattern and the stability of tear film in patients with myopia.Methods Eighty eyes of 40 severe myopic subjects with spherical equivalent refractions ranging from-6.00 D to-18.75 D and eighty eyes of 40 subjects with spherical equivalent refractions ranging from +0.50 D to-0.50 D were enrolled in the study. All subjects were examined tear film pattern and invasive tear break-up time (BUT).Results The percent of current-like type and marble type tear film pattern was higher in the severe myopia group than in the control group. BUT was shorter in the severe myopia group than in the control group.Conclusion Severe myopia has an obvious effect on the stability of tear film.
