摘要
我国已经进入了人口老龄化社会.在目前社会保障制度还不十分完善的情况下,老年人口的养老问题就变得越来越突出.本文分析了哈尔滨市养老保险的现状,根据获得的数据,利用灰色系统理论模型,对哈尔滨市老年人口未来几年养老金需求量进行预测,并提出了相应分析意见.
China has stepped into an aging society, but the pension plan is not quite perfect. This paper analyzed the pension plan in Harbin, forecast the demand of pension by using the gray system theories model, and put forward some measurements.
