摘要
目的:探讨应用腹腔镜手术治疗良性卵巢肿瘤的疗效。方法:回顾分析我院2001年1月～2003年12月238例良性卵巢肿瘤患者的临床资料。结果:238例中235例在腹腔镜下完成,3例中转开腹,平均手术时间45min,平均出血量50ml,平均住院4d。结论:掌握手术适应证,腹腔镜手术治疗良性卵巢肿瘤安全有效,创伤小,恢复快,适于临床应用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of laparoscopy in treating ovarian begin tumor.Methods:The clinical data of 238cases with laparoscopic surgery were analyzed retrospectively from January,2001 to December,2003.Results: In 238cases, 235cases have been finished by laparoscopy, 3cases converted to open prodecure, the mean operation time was 45 minutes,the average blood was 50ml ,the mean hospitalization was 4days. Conclusions: If the indications are well selected, laparoscopic operation is feasible and safe in treating most ovarian cysts. Laparoscopy is more suitable for the treatment of ovarian begin tumor due to its less injury to human body.
