摘要
安钢第一炼轧厂结合生产实际开发出脱硫、脱氧合成渣,并能快速实现LF埋弧精炼。采用所开发的精炼渣,能批量生产w([S])<100×10-6和w([T.O])<20×10-6的钢种,为进一步开发超低硫低氧钢积累了经验。
Synthetic slag for desulfurization and deoxidation is developed and submerged arc refining in ladle furnace is realized rapidly based on the production practice of Anyang Steel . The low sulfur steel with w()≤100×10^(-6) and the low oxygen steel with w() ≤20×10^(-6) can be produced by quantities with the developed synthetic refining slag and the experiment for the development of the ultra-low sulfur and oxygen steel is given in the future.
