摘要
对煤烟尘中镓作了盐酸浸出及OCPUFS(一种泡沫海绵)提取的研究。提出了一个从煤烟尘中回收镓的全湿法流程。
A study was made of acid leaching and foam extraction of gallium from coal fly ash.Therelatively mild acid strength,short contact time and room temperature could be chosen inleaching fly ash to obtain the most efficient extraction of gallium. A type of ether-basedfoam,open-cell polyurethane foam sponge(OCPUFS),was used for absorption of gallium.The effects of the concentration of chloride ions and hydrogen ions and temperature on foamabsorption of gallium were investigated.The experiment showed that gallium could be effi-ciently separated from impurities in the acid solution of concentration chloride ions. A com-pletely-wet process,via which gallium and major elements of coal fly asb,such as aluminium,iron and silicon could be recovered,has been proposed.
