摘要
目的 :对清开灵引起的过敏反应进行统计分析。方法 :对 2 0 0 0年 1月～ 2 0 0 4年 3月中国期刊网中收录的 90例次清开灵过敏反应从性别、年龄、发生时间、给药途径和临床表现等方面进行分析。结果 :清开灵过敏与年龄、性别无关。在类型上 ,过敏性休克者 5 0例 (5 6 % ) ,皮肤粘膜症状者 4 0例 (4 4 % ) ,药热者 11例 (12 % ) ,其他类型过敏反应 18例 (2 0 % ) ,2 9例同时出现多种过敏症状。最短过敏时间为开始用药 0 .5min以内 ,最长为用药后 12 0h ,83例 (92 % )在用药过程中发生过敏症状。结论 :过敏性休克在清开灵过敏中最为常见 。
Objctive: To conduct a statistic analysis of allergic reaction caused Qingkailing Injection. Methods: To analyze the 90 cases of allergic reaction caused Qingkailing Injection included in CNKI from January 2000 to march 2004 from the prospective of sex, age, occurrence time, administration ways and clinical state. Results: Out of the 90 cases, 50 cases was allergic shock(56%); 40 cases mucocutaneous symptoms(44%); 11 cases fever(12%); 18 cases other types of allergic reaction(20); 29 cases various allergic reaction. The minimum length of time of allergic reaction is within 0.5 minutes and the maximum is in 120 hours, so much attention should be paid to timely prevention.
