摘要
Cu离子由MEVVA离子注入机引出注入0Cr18Ni9不锈钢,采用60~100keV的能量、0.2~2.0×1017cm-2剂量。抗菌实验结果表明,铜离子注入试样具有良好的抗大肠杆菌的效果,抗菌处理使得试样具有优良的抗大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的效果,且注入量接近饱和注入量时,样品具有最佳的抗菌性能。
Copper ions were implanted into AISI 304 austenitic stainless steel (SS) by metal vapor vacuum arc (MEVVA) with 60~100 keV energy and a dose range of 0.2~5.0×10~17 cm^-2.The results show that Cu-implanted SS sample demonstrates good antibacterial property against E.coli and antibacterial treatment endows the sample with anticolibacillary and anti-staphlococcus aureus property.It is also found that,when Cu ions approach saturation,the anti-bacterial property is the best.
