The progress and estimation of diagnostic methods of tuberculosis in children
摘要
小儿结核病与成人结核病在发病、临床类型、诊断、治疗等诸多方面有很大的区别,具有自身的特点。本文从儿童感染结核菌的自然过程、传统的诊断方法以及聚合酶链反应(PCR)、血清学检测、免疫学检查等新的诊断方法进行阐述及评价,特别提示结核菌素试验阳性对诊断小儿结核病的临床意义。
