摘要
目的:观察祛瘀化痰通络法治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床疗效。方法:观察治疗不稳定型心绞痛病人136例,随机分为治疗组(70例)与对照组(66例)。对照组给予冠心病不稳定型心绞痛常规治疗。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予中医祛瘀化痰通络法治疗,并观察两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为94.3%,对照组有效率为74.2%,治疗组优于对照组,疗效有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:祛瘀化痰通络法治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛临床有确切疗效。
Objective: To examine the therapeutic effect of resolving phlegm to remove stasis and clear the meridians for unstale angina pectoris. Method: 136 cases were randamized into the treatment group of 70 cases and the control group of 66. The patients in the control group were treated by a routine therapy while the patients in the treatment group reeieved a therapy of resolving phlegm to remove stasis and clear the meridians on the achieved therapeutic basis of the contral group. And the effects of both groups were observed and compaired. Result: The effective rate of the treatment group was 94.30% while the rate of the control group was 74.2%, which showed the effect of the former was much better than the latter.
