摘要
新的形势下,党的建设面临着严峻的挑战,高等教育是党的事业的重要组成部分。当前高校党的建设工作中存在着思想政治建设实效性不足;党风建设不良和党员的理想信念和精神支柱发生动摇的问题,影响了高校的改革和发展。必须以“三个代表”重要思想总揽全局,加强思想政治工作的实效性,加强组织建设和作风建设来加强党的执政能力,推动高校的教育改革和稳定发展。
Facing the new situation, the CCP meets a serious challenge. Higher education is one of the most important causes of the CCP, but now there is not much constructive effect in the building up of it in colleges, such as the bad conduct and the unsteady belief of the party members which have prevented the reform and development of the college; so we must use the thought of “the Three Represents” to control the whole situation so as to enforce practical effect in politics and thought, and the organization construction and behavior to strengthen the executive ability of the party, thus improving educational reform and keeping a steady step in colleges.
