摘要
对镁还原Nb2O5制备低价铌氧化物工艺进行了研究。采用研磨混料-还原焙烧-酸洗除杂-干燥工艺制备了低价铌氧化物粉末,采用XRD、SEM测试方法对产物物相、微观形貌进行了研究;按钽电解电容器相似的工艺将低价铌氧化物粉末制成了阳极,采用电解电容器阳极测试方法对其电性能进行了研究。结果表明,镁还原Nb2O5制备低价铌氧化物反应不易控制,产物物相复杂、粒度粗、粒形简单,以其为原料制做的阳极比容低、内阻高、漏电流大。
Study is made of the preparation of niobium suboxide by Mg reduction.Niobium Suboxide powder is prepared by mixture grinding-reduction roasting-acid washing for impurity removal-drying.Study is made through XRD and SEM on the product phase and microscopic morphology.Anode is made from niobium suboxide powder with the process similar to that of tantalum electrolytic capacitor.The anode electrical property is tested with anode testing method of electrolytic capacitor.The results showed that Mg reduction process is difficult to control with complex product phase,coarse particle size,simple particle shape.The resultant anode is characterized by low specific capacity,high ESR and high leakage current.
