摘要
企业国际化是企业成长壮大的必经之路,也是我国经济发展的要求。本文分析梳理了企业国际化理论,认为在企业国际化的渐进过程中,注重技术创新和网络环境下资源的运用是很重要的。企业国际化的成功除了依赖正确的组织活动,一个关键因素就是拥有一批能够理解全球商务系统的风险与收益及克服这些风险的高级人才队伍。
Enterprise Internationalization is indispensable for enterprise growth, and a basic requirement for economic development. This article analyses the enterprise internationalization theory, and holds that attention should be paid to technology innovation and resources management in a context of network during the gradual process of internationalization. In an addition to a perfect organization activity, the success of enterprise internationalization depends on a highly skilled workforce with a known-how of the risks and returns of global business system and ways to bypass the risks.
