摘要
随着区域经济社会的快速发展,中国现行三大地带的划分已难以适应新形势下统筹区域发展的要求。在全面介绍了完整的区域经济体系和美国4层次区域经济体系划分的基础上,按照科学发展观以及“五个统筹”的要求,提出了未来中国东北及东部沿海、中部及近西部和远西部等新的三大地带和东北、京津冀鲁沿海、沪苏浙沿海、粤闽琼沿海、黄河上中游、长江上中游、珠江上中游、内蒙古、新疆和青藏高原等10大综合经济区的划分方案。
With fast development of regional economy and society of China, the 'T hree Macro-Regional Development Zones', which is still in effect, is now hard to meet the requirements of the new situation under the guidance of integrated-con sidering regional development. According to the demands of the scientific viewpo int of development and the 'five-integrated-considerations', after introducing w hat is a full regional economic system and the actual full four-layer regional e conomic system of USA, this paper puts forward a new zoning project of the 'Thre e Macro-Regional Development Zones' and the 10 comprehensive economic districts of the regional economy of China: the 'New Three Macro-Regional Development Zone s' include the Northeast and East Coastal developing zone, the Middle and Near-R each-West developing zone, and the Far-Reach-West developing zone; the 10 compre hensive economic districts are composed of the Northeast District, the Beijing-T ianjin-Hebei-Shandong Coastal District, the Shanghai-Jiangsu-Zhejiang Coastal Di strict, the Guangdong-Fujian-Hainan Coastal District, the Upper and Middle Reach es of the Yellow River District, the Upper and Middle Reaches of the Yangtze Riv er District, the Upper and Middle Reaches of the Pearl River District, Inner Mon golia District, Xinjiang District, and Qinghai-Tibet Plateau District.
