摘要
在空天袭击兵器不断发展与完善的情况下,俄罗斯也在积极构建自己的空天防御体系,并将其作为重要组成部分纳入威慑力量。俄罗斯提出了空天防御体系的任务及其建设原则、体系中信息保障与指挥设备的要求、发展空天防御兵器的主要途径以及实现空天防御体系的阶段性目标。
In the condition of the development and improvement of aerospace attack weapons,Russia is actively building aerospace defense system and will integrate into the deterrent force as an important parts.The missions of russian aerospace defense system and its building principles, the requirements to the information support and command asset subsystems,the key approach to develop and improve the aerospace defense weapons and phased goal of implementing the system are described.
