摘要
目的:研究环境香烟烟雾(ETS)对机体内微量元素的影响。方法:大鼠30只,随机均分为3组:染毒1h组、染毒2h和对照组。比较测定血清、大脑、肝脏和甲状腺组织Cu、Zn及Se含量。结果:大鼠连续染毒6w后,血清中Cu含量低于对照组(P<0.05);而肝脏中Cu及甲状腺中Zn的含量明显高于对照组(P<0.01);脑组织和肝脏中Se含量显著低于对照组(P<0.01);脑组织中Zn含量显著低于对照组(P<0.01);1h染毒组和2h染毒组相比较,血清和甲状腺Cu、肝脏和大脑Zn及大脑Se含量差异均有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:ETS可影响大鼠血液和脏器中微量元素Cu、Zn、Se含量,影响程度与染毒剂量有关。
Objective: To study the effects of environmental tobacco smog on trace ele- ments in rat. Methods:Thirty rats were randomly divided into 3 groups (exposed 1 hour,exposed 2 hour and control group). The contents of Cu、Zn and Se in serum、brain、liver and thyroid gland were mensurated respectively. Results: After being exposed for 6 weeks,the Cu level in serum and thyroid and the Zn level in brain were lower than those of control (P<0.05). The Se levels in brain,liver and thyroid were also lower than that of controls (P<0.01). However,the Cu level in liver,the Zn level in thyroid were higher than thoses of control (P<0.01). Compared with the two exposed groups,the Cu levels in serum and thyroid,the Zn levels in liver,and brain, the Se level in brain were all significantly changed (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion:ETS can change the levels of Cu, Zn and Se in blood and organs of exposed rats. The degree of effects are related with dose of exposed.
