摘要
创业资本不仅是一种新型的投融资方式,更是一种从产业资本中分离出来的专门执行企业研发阶段投资职能的独立资本形态,它具有独立的资本人格化代表———创业资本家,执行着独立的资本职能———创业企业研发阶段投资职能,有着独立的赢利目的———获取创业利润。创业资本从产业资本独立出来具有一定的历史必然性,它是第三次科技革命和金融创新的产物。创业资本在运动目标、运动形式、运动结构和运动所体现的社会关系上具有与产业资本既联系又区别的运动规律;创业利润的实质是对创业垄断利润的提前支取,其最终来源是创新劳动,实现来源是创业资本特殊的虚拟定价方式。在上述意义上认识创业资本才能推动当前萧条的创投业的进一步发展。
Original Capital is not only a new way of investment and finance, but also a kind of capital separated from productive capital especially used for the R&D stage of a firm. Original capitalist, who is the personification of the capital, invests independently in the firm at this stage aiming for pioneering profit. Its separation from productive capital is historical inevitable, and it is a result of the third technological revolution and financial creation. Its target, forms, structure of the movement and the social relationship reflected from the movement are all different from productive capital, even though they are related. The essence of pioneering profit is a kind of withdraw of a monopolistic profit before it actually earned, and comes from innovative labor through fictitious pricing for the original capital. We can promote further development of pioneering investment based on the above understand of the original capital.
