摘要
针对层合复合材料的自由角附近的层间高应力问题,提出了一个三维有限差分法的方案,计算层合复合材料在变温下的自由角效应问题,同时与以前的解进行了比较.研究表明,所提出的有限差分方案所得的解是稳定的、收敛的,对[90°/0°]s对称铺层碳纤维增强塑料和Ni/Al层合复合材料算例来说,比以前的半解析解更接近于用三维有限元计算的结果.还讨论了层间应力的应力场和层间破坏之间的关系,发现层间剥离应力,即正应力可能是层间破坏的主要因素.
A three-dimension finite difference scheme was presented to examine the localized high stress field near a free corner of laminate subjected to a thermal loading and,then,the finite difference solution was compared to the results available until now.The study showed that the solution is stable, convergent,and agreeable much better with the results of 3-dimensional finite element analyses than half-analytic solution available for the cases of a carbon fibre reinforcement plastics (CFRP) cross-ply laminate and a Ni/Al-laminate. The correlation between stress field and interlaminar failure was also investigated. It was shown that peeling stress may be a significant factor for interlaminar failure.
