铜管游动芯头拉拔道次优化的弹塑性有限元模拟 被引量:13

摘要 借助大型非线性有限元软件Marc,应用二维轴对称弹塑性有限元法模拟铜管多道次拉拔过程,对比分析铜管游动芯头5道次拉拔和4道次拉拔对铜管力学性能和质量的影响。模拟结果表明,为了得到同样规格的铜管,优化拉拔道次可改善铜管拉拔中的不均匀变形、降低成品铜管中的残余应力,同时提高铜管质量,从而提高生产效率,增加生产效益,这对于铜管游动芯头多道次拉拔配模的选择有着一定的参考价值。 Applying 2D axisymmetric elastic\|plastic FEM, the simulations of multi-pass drawing of copper tubes are carried out with the aid of nonlinear FEM software Marc. The paper analyzes the influence of mechanical properties of copper tubes by 5-pass drawing and 4-pass drawing with floating plugs. The simulation results show that reducing the number of drawing passes can bring residual stress down and lead to better surface finish and closer dimensional tolerance.
