摘要
介绍了我国四年来血红蛋白室间质量评价情况。在统一提供质量可靠的血红蛋白校准物、质评物的基础上，以ＣＶ做总体离散度的评价指标，以改良偏离指数法评价各参加实验室的成绩，四年来在不断扩大室间质评规模的情况下，Ｈｂ总体测定水平明显提高，实验室成绩稳定上升。根据目前现状应更深入细致地开展室间质评工作，以进一步提高我国Ｈｂ测定水平。
he authors summed up the work of external quality assessment of haemoglobin(Hb)in our coun-try for four years.We provided Hb standard and quality control materials to participants,then we eval-uated total condition of partipants by using coefficient of variation and assessed the results ofeach par-ticipant by using improved deviation index.During the past four years,we added to the quantity of par-ticipant,simultaneously the determining level of Hb has been raised obviously.At present,we should deeply develop the work so as to improve the condition of dertermination in Hb.
