摘要
本文提出的测量方法建立在双频投影栅线法的基础上,使投影在物体上的栅线发生调制变形后的绝对相角和原相角差不多出一个周期,这样通过使用不同栅距的栅获得两幅包裹相位图,然后比较这两幅包裹相位图,求得物体上任一像素点的绝对相位值,从而确定物体上任一点的高度.这种方法的优点是既具有双频法的所有优点,而且精度高,可进行人体等复杂曲面的测量。
An improved method of two-frequency grating projection is proposed.The difterence between the original phase and the absolute phase obtained from the grating projection is less than one period.Based on the two wrapping phase pictures with different grating distances,the absolute phase of pixels on the object can be obtained.And the altitude of each point on the object can be determined.This method can be used to measure the complex surfaces of human beings.
