摘要
分析了某大口径火炮弹丸通过身管坡膛的过程,首次将专用于金属成型仿真的有限元软件 DE-FORM 应用于火炮发射过程的仿真计算。通过建立模型仿真分析,研究了火炮身管膛线表面应力分布及变化趋势,解决了最大径向磨损量法中接触表面应力无法测量的难题,对于火炮寿命预测问题的研究具有重要意义。
The process of projectile passing through barrel of large caliber gun is analyzed.The process- ing of the artillery emission is simulated and calculated for the first time by DEFORM which is specially used to simulate the metal modeling.The model is established,and the distribution and mutative trend of the stress in the surface of lands is analyzed.The problem of incapable measurement of the contact sur- face in maximum radial wear is solved.The result has the crucial meaning for the study of the gun life.
